City of Clarendon Message Board

Just curious if construction of the new bridge has been started yet. Also, will the new bridge be north, or south of the old bridge? Do hope someone has some input on this.

Construction has begun. However, you can't tell it unless you look really good. Once you get on the bridge going towards Roe, you'll be able to see that a good bit of work is being done as far as clearing tres and putting in roads and such. I don't think the actual construction of the physical bridge itself has begun, but work has started.

It is located just south of the current one, between the current one and the Railroad Bridge. It is will hit the highway right about the eastern most edge of the railroad bypass near the elementary school.
